Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy
Vedassure Cancellation Policy
At Vedassure, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience and flexible policies for our customers. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure that customers have the option to cancel their orders under certain conditions. However, this policy is subject to specific guidelines and time constraints, as detailed below.
Cancellation Before Shipment
You may request a cancellation of your order only before it has been dispatched. If the order has not yet left our warehouse, you can proceed with a cancellation request by contacting us through the following options:

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process it, and the order will be cancelled. The money will be refunded to you within 2 to 5 business days of the request being processed.
Important Note: If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you will need to follow the Returns & Refunds process once the product is delivered.
Refund Process for Cancellations
Once an order is cancelled before shipment, the refund will be initiated within 2 to 5 business days. Here's the breakdown of the refund process based on your mode of payment:
- Credit/Debit Cards or Net Banking: The refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made. You can expect the refund to be reflected in your account within 2 to 5 business days. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
- Refund via Vedassure Coupon: If you prefer, you can opt for a refund in the form of Vedassure coupons, which you can use for future purchases.
Discount Vouchers and Loyalty Points
If you have used a discount voucher or redeemed loyalty points during the payment for your order, please note the following:
- Discount Vouchers: These are one-time use only and will be considered used even if you cancel the order. Unfortunately, these cannot be refunded or reused after cancellation.
- Loyalty Points: If you have redeemed loyalty points for your purchase, these will be credited back to your account in case of a cancellation of the order.
Returns, Replacements, and Refunds Policy
Vedassure offers a flexible return and exchange policy to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. Below are the details and steps to follow if you wish to return or exchange a product:
How to Return an Order Purchased from Vedassure
Vedassure allows you to raise a return or exchange request within 5 days from the date of receiving your delivery. This applies to both defective and non-defective products. The process for returning a product is as follows:
- Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team by emailing contactus@vedassure.com within 5 days of receiving the order.
- Step 2: Provide your Order ID and your request for a return, exchange, or refund. Attach clear images of the product showing the batch number, along with a copy of the invoice for reference.
- Step 3: Once we receive your request, we will arrange for a pick-up within 4 to 7 business days. Products must be returned in their original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact for us to process the return, exchange, or refund.
Conditions Under Which Returns Will Not Be Accepted
We will not accept returns under the following circumstances:
- Missing or Damaged Packaging: If the product is returned without its original packaging, price tags, freebies, or accessories, or if the packaging is damaged.
- Tampered Product Details: If the product’s serial number has been tampered with.
- Altered Composition: If the product’s composition is found to be altered.
- Delayed Requests: Returns are not accepted if the request is initiated more than 30 days after receiving the delivery.
- Free Products: Returns will not be accepted for free products that were included in the order.
What to Do If You Receive a Damaged or Wrong Product
At Vedassure, we take great care to ensure that our products are delivered in the best condition. However, in the rare event that your product is damaged during shipment or if you receive the wrong item, you can initiate a return, exchange, or refund within 5 days of receiving your order. Here’s how to proceed:
- Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team by emailing care@vedassure.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Step 2: Provide your Order ID and request to return, replace, or refund the product. Attach images or videos of the damaged or incorrect product, and ensure that the batch number is clearly visible in the images.
- If the product is leaking or damaged, include images or videos showing the damage, as well as any spillage on the inner or outer packaging.
- If the seal of the product has been tampered with, provide images showing the tampered seal.
- If you received the wrong product, send clear images of the incorrect item with the batch details.
- Step 3: After we receive your return request and images, we will arrange a pick-up within 4 to 7 days. A refund or replacement will be processed once we receive the product back in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
After receiving your return request, our Customer Service team will respond within 3 business days. If an exchange is approved, we will provide an authorization number and arrange the reverse pickup. For refunds, once the request is approved, the amount will be refunded to your account within 2-5 business days. If the product is unavailable for exchange, we will process a full refund.
Returning a Free Gift
If your order includes a free gift, it must be returned along with the main product in its original packaging, with all seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
Returning Part of Your Order
You can return individual items from an order. However, all returned products must have their original packaging, seals, labels, and barcodes intact. Any free gifts or products included with the return must also be sent back in their original condition.
Refund Process for Returned Orders
Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process the refund within 2-5 business days. The refund will be issued as follows:
- For Credit/Debit Cards or Net Banking: The refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made, and may take an additional 2-3 business days to appear in your account.
- For Cash on Delivery Transactions: The refund will be processed via bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank details by email. The process will be completed within 2-5 business days after receiving the product and your bank details, with an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- Vedassure Coupons: As an alternative, you can opt for a Vedassure coupon that can be used for future purchases.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
- Cancellation Before Shipment:
- If the order is canceled before it has been shipped, a full refund will be processed.
- Refund in Case of Delivery Issues: Refunds will also be processed in the following cases:
- The customer refuses to collect the delivery.
- The customer is unavailable during the multiple delivery attempts made by our logistics partner.
- The delivery address provided was incorrect or unreachable.
For scenario (b), the refund process will begin once the product is received back from the logistics provider.
Refund Process Based on Payment Mode:
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: If you paid using a credit/debit card, your refund will be processed back to the same card within 8-9 days from the date we receive the returned product from the logistics provider. The refund will appear in the next credit card statement.
- Net Banking Payments: If the order was placed via net banking, the refund will be credited back to the same bank account within 8-9 days from receiving the product back from our logistics provider.
