Shipping Policy

Shipping Charges

  1. Orders with a final cart value exceeding INR 999 are eligible for free delivery, and shipping charges are included.
  2. For orders with a final cart value below INR 999, delivery charges will apply as per the delivery location. This may vary depending on offers, promotional codes, or other conditions explicitly stated on the website at the time of purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  1. COD orders will be subject to the same shipping charges as specified above.
  2. The maximum permissible value for a COD transaction is INR 5,000.

Order Processing and Delivery Timeline

  1. Once an order is placed through the platform (referred to as the "Website"), it will be dispatched within the operational working hours of the business following confirmation.
  2. Orders are generally delivered within 5 to 7 working days after dispatch. However, delivery timelines are subject to delays due to:
    • Unforeseen circumstances, or
    • Delivery to areas that fall outside the standard coverage of courier services.

Delivery Conditions

  1. In cases where the delivery address provided by the customer is incomplete, incorrect, or outside the jurisdiction of the courier partner, the customer must coordinate directly with the delivery personnel or partner to facilitate the receipt of the order.
  2. At least two delivery attempts will be made for every order. If the delivery fails due to the following reasons:
    • The customer is unavailable at the provided address,
    • The address is inaccurate, or
    • The contact number is non-functional,
      the order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

 

RTO and Re-Delivery

  1. Once an order is marked as RTO and returned to Vedassure, the refund process will be initiated in accordance with the Refund Policy.
  2. Orders that have been marked as RTO will not be eligible for re-delivery. If the customer wishes to purchase the product again, a new order must be placed.

Early Delivery

Vedassure does not currently offer early or expedited delivery services.


Shelf Life and Expiry

  1. The shelf life of each product is mentioned on the respective product label.
  2. Pursuant to the amendments to the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, all products will display a “Best Before” or “Use By” date, as applicable, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for items that may become unsuitable for consumption after a specific period.
